TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The present general conditions of sale are determined by Cor do Cobre and – those who make purchases through the E-commerce portal Cor do Cobre – www.cordocobre.com referred to as “User”, and the User must be always a non-trader natural person. Purchases made through this website are governed only by these general conditions of sale excluding any conditions previously agreed, expressly and in writing. Cor do Cobre can occasionally modify the provisions of its general conditions, so it advises the User to reread them each time he visits the site. The present general conditions of sale are aimed at providing and defining the necessary information to the user and regulate all the steps necessary to place the order.

MAKING AN ORDER 

To place the order the User must add items to the shopping cart, edit the quantity of the items and finalize the purchase using the “Checkout” option. In order to place your order the User must:

• Register on the Cor do Cobre website or provide your email;
• Complete the requested information, name, delivery address, invoice address, shipping and payment method.

The fulfillment of the order by the User represents full and complete acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale as well as the general conditions.

Cor do Cobre  respects the order preparation and delivery deadlines as long as the order is available in stock. In the event that there is no stock availability, Cor do Cobre will contact the User by email or by phone, in order to inform the new delivery time. If the User does not agree with the new delivery period, he can choose to buy another item or to refund the amount paid.

DELIVERY 

Orders are delivered through the following company:

• CTT – Portuguese Islands;

Cor do Cobre  undertakes to make every effort to ensure that delivery takes place within a maximum period fixed by FAQs, days from the day following the confirmation of payment for placing the order. In the event of unavailability of the ordered item, Cor do Cobre will inform the User and, if requested, will proceed to the refund of the amount paid, within a maximum period of 15 days from the knowledge of the unavailability.

Cor do Cobre cannot be held responsible, in any way, for any damages, direct or indirect, resulting from delays in deliveries or the unavailability of the ordered item. Orders are shipped within 72 hours of payment confirmation. To follow up an order in progress, the User can consult the website CTT or contact us at mail@cordobre.com. In case you are not available to receive your order, you will be contacted by the carrier or our services for a second appointment.

PRICES 

Prices are presented in Euros, taking into account the Taxes.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

Any order contract made on the Cor do Cobre  website can be freely resolved under the terms of article 6 of Decree-Law no. 143/2001, of 26 April, within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the order by the User, upon communication of your intention to the email mail@cordocobre.com

In case of termination, the User must keep the goods in order to be able to return them to Cor do Cobre , in proper conditions of use, within 30 days from the date of receipt.

User returns must be sent by mail to Cor do Cobre-Calçada de Santo André 7, 1100-495, Lisboa, Portugal.

The article must always be accompanied by proof of purchase. Only returns of items in the same condition in which they were sent will be accepted, with the costs of transporting the return being under the responsibility of the User.

Exercised the right of withdrawal under the terms of numbers 1, 2 and 3 above, Cor do Cobre will refund the User the price paid without any expenses or charges for this.

In case of exchange, the User will be able to make it in any Cor do Cobre store or by post to the address – Cor do Cobre – Calçada de Santo André 7, 1100-495, Lisboa, Portugal.

The article must always be accompanied by proof of purchase. Exchanges of articles will only be accepted in the same state in which they were sent.

LITIGATION AND RESPONSIBILITY

Cor do Cobre  is not responsible for any inconvenience or damage caused to the User by using the Internet network, such as: service failures, outside intrusion, anomalies caused by malware or computer viruses or any other technical situation.

The law applicable to any contractual relationship established through the electronic commerce portal of Cor do Cobre is understood in Portuguese law.

For the resolution of any and all conflicts arising from any contract entered into under these general conditions of sale, the Lisbon District Court will be competent with the express waiver of any other.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY 

The Cor do Cobre  website and the content made available on it are protected by the laws regarding copyright and industrial property and cannot be copied, reproduced or disseminated, either in whole or in part. In particular, it is prohibited to copy or retransmit any text, logo, graphic, sound or image from the Cor do Cobre website, unless expressly permitted by it. Printing and collecting information on this site for personal use is permitted.
