FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
In the enamel technique, we use copper as a base and apply the treated enamel (powdered glass) and then bake it at high temperatures (850 degrees), which as a result melts with the metal.
All mounting accessories are nickel free.
Our products are handmade, so no two pieces are exactly alike.
The patterns, colors and sizes will always be respected, the piece you will receive is faithful to the model but it will be unique.
It may happen in some cases that at the time of ordering the product is not in stock. We will produce it for you and try not to delay in the process.
The entire process from the act of purchase to receipt at the destination address takes approximately:
- Portugal, between 3 and 5 days.
- Europe, between 10 and 12 days.
- Rest of the world between 15 and 25 days.
We ship orders inside and outside the European Union and orders placed outside the EU may be subject to customs taxes or import duties applied in the country of destination. These values may vary from country to country.
Shipping costs depend on the weight of your order. We send our parts via CTT – Correios de Portugal, by registered mail.

The color of the enamel does not change with use and is water resistant, it can last for decades if it is well estimated, but because it is glass it is a delicate material.
